Ivanyshyn T. National-patriotic affirmations of student youth philosophical and legal foundations

In the dissertation research, a comprehensive theoretical generalization was first carried out and a solution to the scientific problem was proposed, which consists in identifying and researching new ideas and trends in the national-patriotic affirmation of student youth. The philosophical and legal paradigm of the national legal affirmation of students is defined as the process of inculturation of individuals, the affirmation of national values in the being of an individual, realized through its national consciousness, patriotic moods, an active civic consciousness and a high legal culture. The concept of “national-patriotic affirmation of student youth” is defined as the process of understanding personal responsibility for the fate of one’s people, the formation of a conscious perception of national problems and attitudes towards overdue phenomena and events in Ukrainian society; the establishment of legal awareness and the development of a high legal culture; active participation of the individual in the processes; developing a socially mature interest and desire to work for the effective development of their state, readiness, in any circumstances, to defend national interests.
