Tisetska A. Legal regulation of women’s labor under the legislation of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive and thorough analysis of the problems of legal regulation of women’s labor under the legislation of Ukraine. The essence of the legal regulation of women’s work is clarified, its concepts are explained and the signs are described. Prerequisites of origin and genesis of legal regulation of women’s labor in Ukrainian lands are investigated. The classification of special legal guarantees for women in concluding, amending and terminating an employment contract has been revealed. The content of special legal guarantees for women’s working conditions is analyzed. Special legal guarantees of labor protection of pregnant women and women during their motherhood are separated. The problems of legal regulation of women’s labor under the legislation of Ukraine and ways of their solution are revealed. The modern international tendencies of legal regulation of women’s labor have been formed and proposals on ways of their introduction into national labor legislation have been submitted.
