Iskiv M. Substantiation of the use of tissue modulators for soft tissue plastic in patients with gum recession (clinical experimental study)

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of the use of plastic stimulating action in the treatment of gum recession on the basis of experimental, clinical, biochemical studies. Macroscopically, the mucous membrane of the cheeks of experimental rats in the mesotherapy zone did not differ from similar areas of animals of the control group. Microscopically in the fragments of the mucous membrane of the cheeks of animals observed the spread and inclusion in the intercellular matrix of remodeling tools for, increasing the number and activity of fibroblasts, the formation of collagen beams, enhancing angiogenesis. Microscopically, in the biopsies of the mucous membrane of the marginal gums, an increase in amorphous substance, an increase in the production of fibroblasts, collagen bundles and vessels of the microcirculatory bed were visualized. This tende ncy led to thickening of the subepithelial layer and pronounced tissue formation. It is determined that the introduction of drugs stimulates the reduction of malonic dialdehyde content and alkaline phosphatase activity against the background of increasing catalase activity in the gums of experimental animals in relation to data in rats that did not undergo correction during gum recession, p<0.01.
