Essay

Thesis is devoted to the study of the possibility of using gadolinium orthovanadate nanoparticles for the correction of neonatal induced reproductive pathologies and their toxicological characteristics regarding the reproductive function of intact animals. Object of the study – impaired reproductive function due to neonatal interventions, reproductive function of healthy males in the conditions of chronic admission of gadolinium orthovanadate nanoparticles. The purpose is an experimental justification for the use of orthovanadate gadolinium nanoparticles for the correction of male neonatal induced reproductive pathologies. Research methods: physiological, ethological, preparative, cytological, biochemical, enzyme immunoassay, statistical. The thesis provides new data on the mechanism of imprinting action of emotional stress and the intake of excessive of phytoestrogens in the critical period of ontogenesis for a program of development of the sexual function, which may to reduce the programmed peak of testosterone in newborns. The long-terms effects of emotional stress on the background of excessive phytoestrogenization in the suckling period for the reproductive function of adult sexually mature male rats, in which fertility reduction combine with hormonal and metabolic disorders, has been demonstrated. The possibility of correction of male neonatal induced reproductive diseases and restoration of fertility to the level of intact animals with the help of gadolinium ortovanadate nanoparticles has been established. The possible mechanism of action of these nanoparticles by modulation of gonadotropic activity of the pituitary gland is determined. The low toxicity of gadolinium orthovanadate nanoparticles was shown. The prospect of the development of innovative approaches for the restoration of male fertility is experimentally substantiated. The results of the dissertation can be used in the development of non-hormonal drugs for the correction of men's reproductopathies and to be included in the dossier of the medicinal product in preclinical studies. The results of the dissertation were introduced into the pharmacology laboratory of the Laboratory of Pharmacology of the Laboratory of Pharmacology State Institution "V. Danilevsky Institute for Endocrine Pathology Problems of the NAMS of Ukraine", Department of Hygiene and Ecology №4 of the Bogomolets National Medical University. Two innovations have also been created.
