Kazandzhi A. Management of production and foreign economic activity of enterprises of the oil and fat complex of Ukraine

According to the results of the study, it was proved that the management of industrial and foreign economic activity of enterprises is a holistic management process. This process involves the consistent, cyclic and continuous implementation of the functions of planning, organizing, coordinating, motivating, analyzing and controlling production and foreign economic activity as a whole object of management, in order to obtain economic, social, environmental and legal effects from the use of business opportunities in the internal and external markets. In the course of the research, the main factors contributing to the positive dynamics of the development of the oil and fat complex of Ukraine were identified: favorable natural and climatic conditions for the cultivation of oilseeds; increase in the population of the planet; reorientation in the structure of the population's nutrition in oils and fats of vegetable origin; favorable geopolitical location of Ukraine; the development of bioenergy, which leads to a steady demand for oilseeds. The proposals on improving organizational, economic and marketing support for development of foreign economic activity of oil and fat complex subjects are substantiated. These proposals include: strengthening of state control over observance of the rules of biological and genetic safety of growing of agricultural plants; development of information and consulting service; formation of the state policy on support of producers of organic products; scientific support of the development of regional development programs for oilseed fat clusters; training and professional development of experts in the field of export-import activity of enterprises of the agrarian sector of the economy.
