Essay

The dissertation is devoted to issues of increasing the efficiency of oil production by pressing in extruders by intensifying grinding while mixing the processed oil material. The thesis contains theoretical and experimental studies aimed at improving the design of a twin-screw press for squeezing oil from oilseeds, increasing its yield and reducing the energy intensity of the pressing process. Design parameters reasonable for the developed cylindrical-cone nozzles. The influence of the main structural parameters had established of theoretically and experimentally of the extruder, the specific energy consumption of the oil pressing process, reasonable rational modes of operation. As a result of mathematical modeling, the necessary dependencies were obtained to determine the pressure force in the extrusion path of the extruders and the energy consumption of the process taking into account the mass and adhesion forces, which allowed substantiating the working modes of preliminary grinding of raw materials. A mathematical model of the process of moving the mass of oil raw material along the auger channel and grinding in the grinding unit is constructed. Developed working bodies for twin-screw extruders for oil production provide a reduction in the cost of energy for grinding, an increase in the yield of oil. Application of new working bodies allows to increase the productivity of the machine and to reduce energy consumption for the process of oil extraction.
