Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increasing the level of ensuring and effective realization of the right of workers to safe and healthy working conditions in order to further develop and improve the approaches and methods of supervisory and preventive work on the issues of occupational safety in the agricultural sector. A methodology for determining the frequency of scheduled inspections has been developed based on the likelihood of an unforeseen event and the expected severity of their harm, which is proposed for use by agribusiness entities. It is proposed to expand the scope of supervisory activities of state inspectors of special types of supervision by providing them with the opportunity to carry out state supervision measures for observance of legislation in the field of occupational safety of general nature, in order to reduce the level of occupational injuries.
