The thesis clarifies the economic essence of the concept of management of business processes of the enterprise; reveals the essence and role of outsourcing in enterprise management; develops the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the business processes of the enterprise in the outsourcing aspect; analyses the practical experience of managing business processes of an enterprise using outsourcing in the world and in Ukraine; reveals and systematizes the peculiarities of business process management using outsourcing at garment enterprises; proposes approaches to the implementation and use of outsourcing practices in managing the business processes of garment enterprises; proposes methodological approaches to assessing the feasibility of outsourcing individual business processes of enterprises and the readiness of the enterprise to implement outsourcing; substantiates the effectiveness of outsourcing in managing the business processes of the surveyed enterprises.
