Zelenko O. Management of procurement activities of agricultural enterprises using logistic tools

Object of study: the process of managing the procurement activities of agricultural enterprises using logistics tools. Objective: theoretical substantiation of methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving the management of procurement activities of agricultural enterprises using logistic tools. Methods: critical analysis and generalization, abstraction and synthesis, correlation-regression analysis, fuzzy sets, ABC-XYZ analysis, key performance indicators, peer reviews. Novelty: for the first time model of influence of procurement activities on the resultant indicators of functioning of agricultural enterprises was developed; the organizational and economic principles of enterprise integration on the basis of the procurement cluster, theoretical and methodological approaches to optimization of procurement activities, methods of analysis of management of procurement activities of agricultural enterprises were improved. Scope of application: in the economic activity of UIC “Urozhay” of Lutsk district of Volyn region, APE “Rat” of Lutsk district of Volyn region, APE “Druzhba” of Lutsk district of Volyn region, in activity of Department of agro-industrial development of Volyn Regional State Administration, in educational process of Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University in teaching the subjects "Economics of Enterprise" and "Logistics".
