Essay

It is revealed that in case of fracture complication with mild or marked inflammatory process (group II) the leading role belongs to staphylococcal infection, the specific gravity of which is 58.7 % and a wide range of anaerobic bacteria. Development of mild transspatial lesion in the MF zone took place on a background the reliable decline of IgM and IgG and especially sIgA products (in accordance with 0.42±0.03 g/l, 0.89±0.02 g/l and 1.07±0.14 g/l at a norm 0.34±0.02 g/l, 0.69±0.03 g/l, 1.46±0.2 g/l, р˂0.05). Levels of HPL and МDА in relation to such in healthy at patients in I group had increase in 1.2 and 1.7 times and at patients with the pyoinflammatory complications and post-traumatic osteomyelitis in 1.7 and 1.6, 2.08 and 3.6 times. It was found significant curative and prophylactic efficiency of immune reactivity changes and peroxidation processes correction by preparation recombinant IL- 2 "Roncoleukin" and antioxidant "Mexidol", that assist the rapid decision of clinical implications of MF infectious-inflammatory complications and post-traumatic osteomyelitis.
