The dissertation is dedicated to the criminal-legal characteristic of the fraudulent conversion of property of an enterprise, institution, organization. It presents the survey of researches devoted to the problem of the fraudulent conversion of property of an enterprise, institution, organization in juridical literature. There has been analyzed the social conditionality of the establishment of criminal liability for such an act. There has been conducted the comparative criminal-legal analysis of liability for the fraudulent conversion of property of an enterprise, institution, organization in different countries. The dissertation studies the notion of seizure in the context of the norms of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and its meaning according to the article 206-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
