Oliinyk P. Knowledge management in the industrial sector of national economy

The object of the research is the process of knowledge management in the national industry. The aim of the dissertation is to substantiate theoretical, methodological and scientific and practical principles of knowledge management in the industrial sector of the national economy. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition and observation, morphological analysis, deductive method, monographic process-functional, synergetic approaches, the concept of control efficiency, method of analysis and synthesis, methods of comparative analysis, method of normalization; organizational approach, information approach; strategic approach method of generalization. The scientific novelty of the dissertation results is to deepen the theoretical foundations of the process of knowledge management in the industrial sector of the national economy, to improve methodological approaches to its evaluation and to develop proposals for organizational and information support of the knowledge management system for the domestic industry. The conceptual provisions of the introduction of the knowledge management system have been improved; methodical approach to knowledge management assessment in the Ukrainian industry; organizational and informational support of knowledge management in the industry of Ukraine through expansion of introduction of information and communication technologies, improvement of their technical infrastructure; strategic approach to innovative development of Ukrainian industry in the paradigm of the knowledge economy. There was further development: the scientific substantiation of the role of knowledge management on the basis of the systematization of the driving forces and characteristic features of the modern paradigm of economic development; a theoretical approach to the formation of a knowledge management system; analytical support for improving the knowledge management system in the national industry; directions of increasing the efficiency of the use of knowledge in the industry of Ukraine.
