Vasilkovsky I. Law enforcement interaction in cybercrime investigation

In the dissertation on the basis of the complex analysis of fundamental provisions of criminology, the interaction of law enforcement agencies in the investigation of cybercrimes is substantiated, as well as proposals of theoretical and practical nature. Theoretical foundations and normative support of interaction and the necessity of coordination and cooperation in the activity of law enforcement and other state bodies in the investigation of cyber crimes is substantiated; The author formulated the author's concept of "cybercrime", improved the concept of "cybercrime" and examined their types and proposed author's classification. The international experience in the investigation of cybercrime is analyzed and the peculiarities in the activities of the UN, the EU on the problems of international cooperation in their investigation are considered.
