The dissertation considers the genesis of procedural management and the state of scientific research of procedural management pre-trial investigation of criminal offences in the field of land relations. The concept and legal regulation of procedural management of pre-trial investigation of criminal offences in the field of land relations is defined. The legal regulation of land legal relations in Ukraine is described. The investigative situations of pre-trial investigation of criminal offences in the field of land relations are covered. The peculiarities of implementation of procedural management at different stages of pre-trial investigation of criminal offences in the sphere of land relations are considered. The role of the prosecutor at the end of the preliminary investigation of criminal offences in the field of land relations has been determined. The methodology and peculiarities of forensic tactics of carrying out separate investigative (search) actions by the procedural manager in the investigation of criminal offences in the field of land relations have been analyzed. Separate issues of land expertise in the investigation of criminal offences in the field of land relations have been identified. The peculiarities of determining the amount of damage and the procedure for ensuring its compensation in the investigation of criminal offences in the field of land relations have been analysed.
