Ivanets M. Administrative-legal regulation of innovative activity in the conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to research of administrative and legal regulation of innovative activity in the conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine. The scientific basis of administrative and legal regulation of innovative activity in modern conditions is analyzed, theoretical and methodological approaches to the characteristic of administrative and legal regulation of innovative activity are formed, the concept and content of innovation activity, its forms and constituent elements are revealed. Issues of formation and development of legislation governing innovative activity in Ukraine are analyzed. The peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation of innovative activity in the conditions of transformation of the Ukrainian economy have been clarified. The state of administrative and legal protection of the intellectual property sphere as he main element of innovative activity is determined. The analysis of administrative and legal bases of formation and realization of the state policy in the sphere of innovative activity is given. Foreign experience of legislative regulation of the sphere of innovative activity is studied and directions of improvement of administrative and legal regulation of innovative activity in the conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine are outlined.
