Platonova H. Legal regulation of terms in the labor law of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough analysis of the problems of legal regulation of terms in the labor law of Ukraine. In the paper the meaning, role and essence of legal regulation of terms in labor law of Ukraine are clarified, the concept of terms in labor law and the features of this legal phenomenon are described. The peculiarities of the current state of legal regulation of terms in labor law are investigated, on the basis of which positive and negative aspects of international and national legislation are deduced. Comparative legal analysis of terms in labor law and related categories is made, common and distinctive features are drawn. The content and types of terms in labor law are determined and the specifics of each are revealed.
