The dissertation is devoted to the administrative and legal characterization of the activities of bodies and persons who enforce enforcement of judgments and decisions of other bodies. Issues of formation and development of legislation governing the activities of bodies and persons carrying out enforcement of judgments and decisions of other bodies are analyzed. The peculiarities of the legal status of public and private enforcement agents as the main subjects of enforcement proceedings are revealed. The principles of activity of bodies and persons who enforce judicial decisions and decisions of other bodies are analyzed, as well as the issues of guarantees of their activity are considered. The experience of foreign countries in the field of enforcement proceedings is examined, ways of increasing the efficiency of the activity of bodies and persons carrying out enforcement of judgments and decisions of other bodies in the context of European integration are outlined.
