This research highlights actual and practical aspects of the formation of psychological readiness of future specialists of corrective education and teachers of secondary schools for their work with children having musculoskeletal disorders in the specialized educational establishments with inclusive and integrative forms of education. Subject thesis contains specially designed dual program of the formation of psychological readiness for professional activities of rehabilitation ortho-pedagogues which consists of two components, e.g. the first one is the operational activity block, and the second one is the personal training. The provision of the developed psychologically aimed subjects anticipates formation of the operational activity block of the psychological readiness for the professional activities of rehabilitation ortho-pedagogues. The presence of the axiological component, motivation and will, training and emotional mentality development, adaptation, professional self-realization, and prevention of professional burn-out are the pre-condition leading to the second block formation, e.g. personal training. It was stated that the factors of the psychological readiness of future specialized and integrative education specialists for work with children having impaired development is a complex of gained knowledge, skills, and habits they received in the higher educational establishments as well as the elaborated phycological readiness training program. It was discovered that the level of emotional mentality affects formation of pedagogical competency, copying strategies, and situational anxiety. There were developed efficiency criteria of the proposed training exercises, e.g. psychological and pedagogical practicality, prompting proactivity and necessity of making decisions, possibility of generalization and application for a wide range of tasks. Such criteria due to their quality indicators have proved their efficiency and further application as in the course of specialists' training in the field of specialized education as for the secondary education teachers, in the future integrated classes.
