Essay

The urgency of the work is to create and improve construction and road machines. In this dissertation work the working process of small-sized loader is considered, namely, the process of moving through a single obstacle. Due to the short base and the center of gravity, which is structurally located closer to the rear axle, in some modes of the work process, when overcoming the roughness of the working surface, the machine loses its stability, which reduces its efficiency and productivity. Therefore, there is a problem of increasing the efficiency of short-wheel drive wheel loaders by using automation control systems in transport mode. On the other hand, automation systems for machine management require consideration of the workflow, mathematical modeling of the machine and algorithmization of work processes, since these parameters are necessary for the development of control systems. Thus, the creation of adaptive systems for the automatic control of work processes of short-range loaders is a topical scientific and technical problem, the solution of which is of great economic importance for the construction industry.
