Podsokha A. Mechanisms and exchange tools for the effective functioning of the grain market

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodical positions and deepening of organizational and economic mechanisms of effective functioning of the commodity exchange market of grain in Ukraine. The theoretical essence and components of the commodity exchange market of agricultural raw materials are revealed in the work. The organizational and economic mechanism of effective functioning of the commodity exchange market of grain in Ukraine is substantiated. The main methodological approaches to assessing the use of trading strategies in the commodity exchange market are identified. An assessment of the current state of the stock market of agricultural products in Ukraine and the world is given. The economic essence is clarified and the understanding of the content of the definition of the concept of "trading strategy" is deepened. The methodical tools of ensuring the effective functioning of the commodity exchange market are determined. Conceptual bases of formation and development of the organizational and economic mechanism of effective functioning of the commodity exchange market of grain which provide application of a complex of actions for realization of model of the organized and regulated grain market which basic qualitative characteristics are: satisfied demand for all types of grain, organizational association of all participants are substantiated. market into a single decentralized economic system, growth of the share of highly organized forms of trade, state intervention in the activities of market participants with a developed mechanism of administrative, legal and economic regulation. Theoretical and methodical bases of formation of organizational and economic model of effective functioning of the commodity exchange market of Ukraine aimed at effective regulation of the wholesale market of agricultural products, as a whole, and creation of system of self-regulation of such market which will provide activation of turnover of products and money at exchange auctions economic conditions of the shadow market, will contribute to the necessary increase in efficiency of production and sale of products on the stock market, staff elimination of the agricultural sector and the creation of a system of effective state regulation of market prices for agricultural products, food and consumed by the agricultural sector material and technical resources circulating in the wholesale market and the formation of market infrastructure for effective management of reproduction and sale of marketable products
