2. This dissertation substantiates theoretical provisions and develops practical recommendations for improving (or developing) the administrative and legal framework for ensuring information security in Ukraine in the context of European integration. According to the results of the dissertation work, for the first time: it is substantiated that it is advisable to consider information security in the static and dynamic aspects, based on the content, including the structural and classification characteristics and features of ensuring information security; it is substantiated that the main objects (generalized) of the information security system are the information infrastructure (society, state), which includes: technical components (engineering and technical context), legal components (legal context), economic components (economic and technological context), consciousness of an individual or a group of individuals, society (socio-psychological context); it has been proved that in order to prevent offenses in the information sphere, laid down in the regulatory legal acts of the EU countries, which have the same approach to the formation of a technological system for organizing and managing information security, it is necessary to adopt a law in Ukraine "On the Foundations of the State System for the Prevention of Offenses in the Information Sphere".
