This dissertation is about the multi-method research of nature and specificities of administrative-legal principles of operations of the customs as a direct entity engaged in the customs affairs in the context of Ukraine’s European integration. The author analysed the level of scientific issues of administrative-legal principles of customs operations in Ukraine and studied concepts, characteristics, meanings and structures of administrative-legal principles of operations of the customs as a direct entity engaged in the customs affairs. It is found that the structure of administrative-legal principles of customs operations has standalone aspects: categorical, normative, institutional, and instrumental-technological.
