Essay

Thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the features of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine as a subject of administrative law. It is substantiated that the reconsideration of the role of the prosecutor’s office in the relations of public administration implies the formation of a new conceptual approach to the functional nature, the effectiveness of the prosecutor’s office, the resolution of conflicts of law enforcement practice. The Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine as a subject of administrative law is considered from the standpoint of three basic approaches (as a public authority; as a legal entity of public law; as a special subject of administrative law), which allowed a comprehensive and comprehensive study of the peculiarities of its administrative personality.
