Thesis presents the administrative and legal aspect of licensing of subjects of implementation of private security activity is considered. Given the definition of the licensing of security activity as the object of administrative-legal regulation, which is in certain actions of the public administration regarding the licensing of security activities, monitoring their compliance with license conditions, training of security personnel, participate in the investigation on the legality of the use by guards and security guards of special funds, the use of administrative sanctions to violators of the regime of security activities.
