The thesis deals with complex of using methods of cognition and taken account of the latest achievements of legal science. We have been carried out the new solving of the scientific problem of the administrative and legal frameworks of professional training of police officers through the theoretical generalization. During this process were formulated list of new scientific conclusions, regulations, suggestions for the documents currently in force and proved the necessity to pass the new documents. We identified definition of administrative and legal frameworks of professional training of police officers according to the goal and tasks. Was studied crux of the problem from the position of categorical, relevant, institutional and organizational level (characteristic).
