Parinov A. Guarantee and compensation payments in the Labour Law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough analysis of the problems of legal regulation of guarantee and compensatory payments in the labor law. The paper deals with the meaning, role and nature of the legal regulation of the guarantee and compensation payments in labour law, describes the concept of guarantee payments in labour law and compensation payments in labor law, and describes the features of each of these legal phenomena. The peculiarities of the mechanism of legal regulation of guarantee and compensation payments in labor law are investigated, on the basis of which positive and negative aspects of international and national legislation are deduced. The problems of legal regulation of guarantees and compensation in the labor law are singled out, as well as ways of their solution. Positive foreign experience of legal regulation of guarantee and compensation payments in labor law has been formed and proposals on ways of their introduction into national labor legislation have been submitted.
