The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive and thorough analysis of the problems of legal regulation of the exclusion of judges from judicial office under the labor legislation of Ukraine. The essence of the removal of judges and its relation with related legal categories is explained, its concept is explained and the content is described. The prerequisites for the emergence and development of the legal regulation of judges excluded from judicial office in the territory of present-day Ukraine have been investigated, and its current status has been determined. Classification of tasks, principles and guarantees of exlusion of judges excluded from judicial office is revealed. The content of the grounds and the order of removal of judges under the labor legislation of Ukraine is analyzed. The problems of legal regulation of judges excluded from judicial office is separated and the ways of their solution are formulated. The list of directions of borrowing positive foreign experience on legal regulation of judges excluded from judicial office is shown.
