Object - processes of managing the financial potential of enterprises. The purpose is to deepen theoretical provisions and to develop methodological and practical recommendations for improving the financial management system of the enterprise. Methods - A basic approach is the systematic approach. The following methods are also applied: formalization, generalization; analysis and synthesis, dialectics; statistical, modeling, comparative, induction and deduction; economic experimentation and economic modeling; a combination of formalized and logical approaches. The results were realized by improving the financial management potential of enterprises. The novelty is to deepen the theoretical and methodological provisions and to develop practical recommendations aimed at improving approaches to the system of managing the financial potential of enterprises.
