The dissertation is devoted to solving the actual scientific and practical problem of deepening theoretical and methodological approaches and developing practical recommendations for the implementation of state principles of prevention and counteraction to network terrorism in the Ukrainian economy. Theoretical concepts, structure, forms of influence and basic conceptual approaches of network terrorism and national economy are investigated and generalized; defined socio-economic stratification in the modern world as a prerequisite for the emergence of network terrorism; globalization economic processes and their impact on network terrorism are investigated. The impact of acts of terrorism on the national economy and methods of estimating economic losses have been carried out; forms, sources and ways of financing of network terrorism are analyzed; Diagnosis of informal money transfer systems in the financing of network terrorism was made. Conceptual provisions for preventing and counteracting network terrorism in the Ukrainian economy have been formulated and substantiated; state principles of prevention and counteraction to economic bases of network terrorism are revealed; state imperatives to counteract the economic fundamentals of network terrorism have been improved; the state mechanism for prevention and counteraction to network terrorism has been improved. The theoretical and methodological approaches and recommendations on the implementation of state principles of prevention and counteraction to network terrorism in the economy of Ukraine, combined in the work, will, in the aggregate, increase the effectiveness of managerial and economic relations that arise in the process of prevention and counteraction to network terrorism and as a consequence, as a consequence.
