Hubskyi S. Unity and Differentiation of Legal Regulation of Agricultural Holdings Employees’ Labor

The dissertation is focused on the relevant issue – improvement of general labor and special legislation, which is aimed at regulating the labor of agricultural holdings employees. The author of the dissertation has presented theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the essence and features of the unity and differentiation of legal regulation of the labor of agricultural holdings employees, as well as the development of appropriate propositions and recommendations for improving the relevant legislation. The author has carried out historical and legal analysis of the formation and development of legal regulation of the labor of agricultural holdings employees. The assessment of the state of legal regulation of the labor of agricultural holdings employees has been provided.
