Kiz S. Administrative and Legal Principles of the Activity of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office as the Subject of Implementing the State Anti-Corruption Policy in Ukraine

The dissertation is focused on the analysis of administrative and legal principles of the activity of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office as the subject of implementing the state anti-corruption policy in Ukraine. The author of the paper has defined the essence of state anti-corruption policy. The place of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office in the system of subjects of implementing the state anti-corruption policy in Ukraine has been clarified. The legal principles of the activity of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office have been revealed and the place of administrative norms among them has been clarified. The author has outlined the purpose and principles of the activity, tasks and functions of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office. The competence of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office has been characterized. The legal guarantees of the activity of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office in Ukraine have been singled out.
