Bohun S. Principles of Implementing Law Enforcement Function of the State by the Customs Agencies of Ukraine

The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of principles of implementation of the law enforcement function by the LCA of Ukraine. The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the essence and features of the implementation of the law enforcement function of the state by the LCA of Ukraine, which formed the basis of the development of the corresponding concept, as well as proposals and recommendations for improving the relevant administrative legislation, as a form of implementation of the administrative legislation. implementation of the law enforcement function by the customs authorities of Ukraine. The role and importance of the law enforcement function of the state are determined. The place of the LCA in the law enforcement system of Ukraine has been clarified. The definition of the concept is given and the peculiarities of realization of the law enforcement function of the state by the LCA bodies of Ukraine are outlined. The essence of the concept is established and the principles of realization of the law enforcement function of the state by the bodies of the LCA of Ukraine are classified. The description of the general principles of realization of the law enforcement function of the state by the bodies of the LCA is given. The essence of the special principles of realization of the law enforcement function of the state by the bodies of the LCA of Ukraine is clarified. Foreign experience of exercising the law enforcement function by the customs authorities has been generalized and the possibilities of its use in the context of improving the principles of implementation of the law enforcement function of the LCA of Ukraine have been determined. The directions of improvement of the administrative legislation of Ukraine as a form of realization of principles of implementation of the law enforcement function of the state by the bodies of the LCA are outlined.
