Usachov Y. Administrative and Legal Principles of Control over the Activity of the State Criminal Enforcement Service in Modern Conditions

The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the nature and special features of administrative and legal principles of control over the activity of the State Criminal Enforcement Service in modern conditions; and has outlined the ways for improving administrative legislation, the norms of which regulate legal relations in this area. The concept and essence of the activity of the State Criminal Enforcement Service as an object of control have been defined. The essence and importance of control over the activity of the State Criminal Enforcement Service have been established. It has been described the principles of control over the activity of the State Criminal Enforcement Service. The legal principles of control over the activity of the State Criminal Enforcement Service have been outlined. Forms and methods of control over the activity of the State Criminal Enforcement Service have been established. It has been defined the concepts and types of subjects of control over the activity of the State Criminal Enforcement Service. The foreign experience of exercising control over the activity of criminal enforcement bodies has been generalized; and possibilities for its application in Ukraine have been determined. The ways of improving the administrative legislation in the sphere of control over the activity of the State Criminal Enforcement Service have been worked out.
