Vovchuk T. Administrative and legal bases for the implementation of State policy in realization of the rights and freedoms of war veterans and participants in the hostilities in Ukraine

The thesis focuses on the complex research of the State policy in realization of the rights and freedoms of war veterans and participants in the hostilities in Ukraine. The scientific understanding of the State policy in realization of the rights and freedoms of war veterans and participants in the hostilities has been revealed, its essence, purpose, task and principles have been determined. It has been proposed to divide the system of principles of State policy in realization of the rights and freedoms of war veterans and participants in the hostilities. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of State policy in realization of the rights to social, professional adaptation, psychological rehabilitation and health resort treatment has been investigated. The necessity of introducing a number of amendments and supplements to the current legal framework regulating the implementation of State policy in realization of the rights and freedoms of war veterans and participants in Ukraine has been proved.
