Thesis presents theoretical background and practical recommendations related to procedure of search performed in person’s dwelling and other property. Author analyzed the current state of the abovementioned issue study; determined criminal procedural regulation of search performed in person’s dwelling and other property. Relevant foreign experience is examined, proposals for domestic practitioners are formulated. Organizational and tactical conditions for performance of search in person’s dwelling and other property in accordance with the stages of preparation to investigative (search) actions, working process, fixation of its results. Proposals are elaborated for improvement of criminal procedural regulation of search performed in person’s dwelling and other property. Ways to refine the use of tactical options during performance of search in person’s dwelling and other property are offered along with proposals on special knowledge use.
