Karpyshyn Y. State regulation of the activities of agriholdings in Ukraine

Purpose: to substantiate theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop practical recommendations regarding the state regulation of the activities of agricultural holdings in Ukraine. Object: process of the state regulation of the activities of agricultural holdings in Ukraine. Methods of research: historical and economic, statistical and mathematic, grouping method, correlation-regression analysis, time series extrapolation, SWOT-analysis. Theoretical results: the basis for further development of theoretical and methodological foundations as well as practical recommendations regarding the state regulation of the activities of agricultural holdings in Ukraine is created. Practical results: methodological framework for ensuring state regulation of the activities of agricultural holdings in Ukraine is elaborated. Scientific novelty: theoretical and methodological provisions on the formation of the reproductive mechanism of state regulation of the activities of agricultural holdings are developed; it is based on the integrity of three subsystems – investment and financial, scientific and innovative, and social adaptation of business in rural areas. The degree of implementation: General Directorate of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, Department of Agribusiness Development of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration, Executive Committee of Polonne amalgamated territorial community, LLC JV “Agrodim”, Private Enterprise “Produktovyi Dim”, ZhNAEU. Efficiency: the results of the research contribute to the development and improvement of the state regulation of the activities of agricultural holdings in Ukraine. Sphere of use: Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, regional departments of agribusiness development, agricultural holdings and other agricultural commodity producers, scientific institutions of NASU, higher educational establishments specializing in economics.
