The thesis deals with administrative and legal principles of management of public sector of Ukraine’s economy. The theoretical and legal characterization of the public sector of economy was given. The theoretical foundations of notion of public sector of economy were presented. The composition and structure of public sector of Ukraine’s economy were defined. The international experience in management of public sector of economy was investigated. The thesis places emphasis on the essence of notion and elements of mechanism of administrative and legal management of public sector of Ukraine’s economy. The regulatory framework of the public sector of Ukraine’s economy was characterized. Amendments and additions to the norms of current legislation were proposed. The content of administrative and legal relations that are formed in the course of management of public sector of Ukraine’s economy was defined. The peculiar features of corporate governance as a means of management of public sector of Ukraine’s economy were identified. Prospects for reforming the administrative and legal management of public sector of Ukraine’s economy were determined. The ways of reforming the administrative and legal management of public sector of Ukraine’s economy and trends of development of public-private partnership in the system of public sector of economy were proposed.
