Essay

The dissertation substantiates the effectiveness of the proposed treatment and preventive measures, which include treatment and prophylactic complex and the correction of fatty foods with the use of high oleic oil, in the prevention and treatment of major dental diseases in adolescents. Experimental, clinical and clinical-laboratory studies were conducted, which showed that the use of the developed complex of therapeutic and prophylactic measures with the introduction into the diet of high-oleic oil allowed to increase the cariesprophylactic efficiency, to reduce the activity of the inflammatory process, to increase the antioxidant and nonspecific antimicrobial protection, to normalize the microbiocenosis of the oral cavity, to normalize the metabolic processes in the cells of the buccal epithelium.
