Cherenkov A. Investigation of unreliable information declaration

Thesis presents complex research of theoretical and practical issues related to the process of investigation of unreliable information declaration. Forensic characteristics of these crimes are outlined along with typical investigative scenarios and key methods of its investigation, typical investigative versions, circumstances subject to determination, peculiarities of interaction, performance of interrogations, searches, examinations, temporary access to items and documents, use of special knowledge. On the basis of obtained results author formulated the typology of methods used to investigate the unreliable information declaration. Recommendations are elaborated to improve the applicable legislation, optimize the process of pre-trial investigation of these crimes.
