Poliakov P. Structure of the management of economic security system of an enterprise under conditions of development of integration processes.

The dissertation is devoted to the formation of theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for the construction of the economic security management system structure of an industrial enterprise in the conditions of increased influence of integration processes on their management. The interrelation of the mechanism of industrial enterprises’ management, the system of economic and financial management of and economic security is investigated. External and internal threats to the activity of an industrial enterprise have been systematized, with the separation of conditions that provoke a threat to the subject's safety. The analysis of financial and economic activity of the studied machine-building enterprises of Vinnitsa region is carried out. The system of economic security assessment indicators of industrial enterprises is grouped for each of its components. The stages of economic safety diagnostics of the machine-building enterprise with determination of the purpose of its carrying out and functions in the risk management system of the industrial enterprise are offered. The model of risk management subsystem functioning in the system of the economic safety manager in engineering industry is offered. Mechanical engineering enterprise management mechanism is built, which traces the interconnection of all components, and functional control is based on current and strategic goals of the activity, principles, tasks, methods and decision-making tools. The mechanism of carrying out the economic safety diagnostics of the machine-building enterprise in the risk management system has been formed. Positive and negative external factors of public administration influence on enterprise security are investigated and generalized. The structure of the economic security management system of machine-building enterprise is formed, which is based on conceptual and functional support and is influenced by the conditions of deepening of integration processes. The basics of information subsystem construction of economic safety management of machine-building enterprises are offered. The model of information support of the effective risk management system of economic security of the enterprise is developed.
