Essay

The thesis is devoted to the burning issues of legal and security components of the securities market in Ukraine. Information security of the securities market is defined as the state of protection of securities markets, their elements and subjects from information threats and influences. The special attention is devoted to information threats of the securities market, as such which can form system threats to an investment climate and, accordingly, to economy of the state as a whole. A list of amendments and additions to the current legislation of Ukraine in the information sphere on the securities market has been developed and proposed.
