Kistion D. Formation of the mechanism of stabilization and sustainable development of construction enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to solving the scientific and applied problem of the formation and implementation of an updated methodical and applied system for diagnosing the state of economic stability of contracting enterprises and selecting a rational variant (scenario) of development, which are adapted to the peculiarities of administration by the said enterprises as executors of construction investment projects. In forming the principles of modernization of the methodological approach and the analytical system regarding the expression of the state of the ССС regarding the stability of their positions as executors of construction projects on a certain part of the construction market, the basis for such modernization is defined: the need for adaptation of commonly used ideas regarding the content and operational and technological stages of the diagnosis of the state of "stability of enterprises" and the accompanying to this will be the ability of the enterprise to productive, sustainable, development - to the peculiarities of the subordination of the operating system of the their business environment and economic requirements of construction projects in which these companies implement their own operations. Based on these considerations, the expediency of using and combining the methodological basis of the following universal and applied methods of developing and evaluating alternatives to economic and managerial decisions, such as: the theory of hierarchical systems and managerial synergetics, is substantiated; the theory of innovation dynamics in applying to the economy of enterprises; applied realization of economic-statistical, factor and structural-cost analysis; along with updated approaches to crisis management and risk management of enterprises, in their mandatory adaptation to the specifics of operational activities of the investigated contractors in the multi-project construction space. On the basis of the results of work, a system of application modules has been developed that allows customers of construction projects to provide a formalized synergistic assessment of the overall level of economic stability (for all implementers of the construction project), which is consistent with the current coordinates of the project life cycle, cost-budget characteristics of the project, and the functional content of the stages and works. construction project.
