Berezhnytska H. Strategic imperatives of the management of land resources utilization by agricultural enterprises

The dissertation considers the main theoretical and methodic fundamentals of the strategic imperatives of management of land resources use by agricultural enterprises. The research determines peculiarities of the organizational-economic mechanism of land resources management by agricultural enterprises. The author describes methodic instruments for evaluation of the efficiency of the resources use. The thesis supplies analysis of the efficiency of land resources use by agricultural enterprises in Lviv region. The work studies technological, social and economic efficiency of land resources use. The author gives characteristics of the tendencies of dynamics of the appropriate indices. It serves as a base for the forecast concerning changes in land use of enterprises of the branch in the future. The paper argues theoretical-methodic approaches to shaping of the strategic fundamentals of land resources use by agricultural enterprises. The research suggests principal strategic imperatives for improvement of the efficiency of land resources use by agricultural enterprises according the levels of their implementation.
