Object - the process of formation and development of organizational and economic foundations of business activity for the agency of ships; the purpose is to develop and substantiate theoretical and methodological provisions and recommendations for the development of maritime agency business and its institutional support at the enterprise level in Ukraine; methods - terminological analysis, statistical data processing, grouping and comparison, analytical methods, simulation modeling, logical generalization, graphical method; novelty - is to develop a theoretical and methodological basis and recommendations for the development of organizational and economic foundations for the development of activities on the agency of ships in Ukraine; results - scientifically substantiated and methodologically completed recommendations on the organizational and economic basis of the development of business activity in the agency of ships; OMEGA TRANS LLC was introduced (certificate № 457 dated 12.03.16); Elite Black SI LLC (certificate № 100416 dated 10.04.2016); Hellmann East Europe Overseas LLC (reference no. 1505-3 dated 15.05.2018); LLC "ARKAS-UKRAINE", being an Agent of the foreign shipping line "ARKAS line" (Company "ARKAS CONTAINER TASHIMADZHILIK ANONYM SHIRKET") (certificate AU113 / 18 dated 18.10.2018); as well as at the Polytechnic Consult Center of ONPU (certificate No. 24 of 20.06.2019), in the educational process of the Odessa National Maritime University in the disciplines of "Chartering" and "Fundamentals of maritime agency" (implementation act of 12.10.2018); in the OGS (Istituto Nazionale di Oceanografia e di Geofisica Sperimentale) educational process during lectures in the Sustainable Blue Growth in South East Europe program (certificate dated 18.07.2014); in the educational process of the Odessa National Polytechnic University in the preparation of educational and methodological materials in the following disciplines: "Theory of Scientific Research", "Electronic Administrative Services", "State Information Policy" and "Service in Public Administration" (reference # 2664 / 166-06 from 10/29/2019).
