Volkov O. Administrative and Legal Provision of Using and Protecting the Forestry Fund in Ukraine

The dissertation is focused on the systematic research of specific features of administrative and legal provision of using protection of the forestry fund in Ukraine. The author has provided own definition of the concept of forestry fund as an object of administrative and legal relations and has revealed its essence. The current state and specific features of legal regulation of certain components of the forestry fund of Ukraine have been studied. The content and specifics of the legal regime of using and protecting the forestry fund in Ukraine have been revealed. The system of subjects of administrative and legal provision of using and protecting the forestry fund of Ukraine has been characterized. The author has studied the subjects’ competence and methods of public administration in the field of using and protecting the forestry fund in Ukraine. The system of administrative procedures in the field of using and protecting the forestry fund in Ukraine has been defined; and the main ways of their improvement have been outlined. Perspectives of improving the system of prevention of administrative torts in the sphere of using and protecting the forestry fund of Ukraine have been outlined.
