Avramenko I. Administrative and Legal Support for Mortgage Lending in Ukraine

The dissertation examines the legal nature and genesis of legal relationships in the field of mortgage lending and its regulation, which results in synchronization of the main stages of mortgage development in the Western world and in Ukrainian lands. An important factor in the study of administrative and legal support was to identify the development of mortgage infrastructure as the main purpose that is the content of public management of mortgage lending. The study of the legal regulation of public administration in the field of mortgage lending allowed characterizing the activities of authority players in this area and, in particular, the relations with the participation of the Deposit Guarantee Fund as a special subject of maintaining a sustainable relationship of mortgage lending. The first chapter, «Theoretical and Methodological Foundations of Administrative and Legal Support for Mortgage Lending in Ukraine,» consists the three divisions. They describe the complex issues of the theory of administrative law and the historical legal view of public management of the mortgage areas.
