The dissertation is one of the first complex researches in which using the modern methods of cognition, taking into account the latest achievements of legal science, the issues of information and legal support of anti-corruption activity in Ukraine are investigated. For the first time, information support for anticorruption activities is proposed to be considered as a continuous, comprehensive, legislatively entrenched process that includes the search, receipt, accumulation, storage, processing, transfer and exchange of information between all subjects of information legal relations, which allows to accept effective legal relations. the managerial decision is aimed at stopping corruption and preventing corruption risks.
