Rydzel Y. State regulation of innovative development of health care in Ukraine

The research is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and practical foundations of state regulation of innovative development of healthcare. In the dissertation it is determined that the state regulation of innovative development of the health care sector should be positioned as a diversified continuum of tools for realization of innovative processes concerning the influence of the state on the subjects and objects of health care in order to ensure the effectiveness of the concept of its reforming and meeting public needs. . It is determined that the system of state regulation of innovative development of health care is a set of rules, laws and procedures that regulate the interaction of subjects at the state, regional and local levels of the country in the context of their influence on the conditions of health care functioning. The key areas for promoting innovative healthcare development that have become widespread in the world are summarized. The state of state regulation of innovative development of health care in Ukraine has been clarified. A qualitatively new scientific and methodological approach to the development of the concept of innovative development of health care in Ukraine is proposed. The key strategic guidelines of state regulation of innovative development of health care sector, which contribute to the development of the national economy, are formalized. Proposals for the development of public-private partnership in the field of health care of Ukraine by concession agreements and private ownership of the object are substantiated.
