It proves that innovative approaches, non-standard solutions and systematic search for new, more relevant and modern ways of overcoming the negative phenomenon play a significant role in preventing women's violent crime. Although, recently, under the influence of international legal acts, the civil society institute has emerged in Ukraine as one of the effective means of preventing socially dangerous acts, which, in the author's opinion, is a promising area for the development of criminological science. Today, relapse among women is not uncommon, due to the poor political and economic situation in the country, the lack of effective means of countering the phenomenon.
