Myskova H. Criminal legal and criminological principles to prevent sexual exploitation of children in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of criminal and criminological problems of prevention the sexual exploitation of children in Ukraine. For the first time holistic scientific task of developing a practical approach to forming a strategy to prevent sexual exploitation of children was set and solved, which provided an opportunity to substantiate proposals aimed at improving the legislation and practice of its application by the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. The current state of scientific research is clarified and scientific approaches to determining the sphere of sexual exploitation of children are grounded. The structure and dynamics of such crimes are described. The content of the determinants contributing to the criminalization of this sphere of public relations is revealed. The conceptual vision of ways of implementation the legal and organizational measures of prevention at the national, special-criminological and victimology levels are offered.
